Throughout my 23-year career in the Air Force, I’ve learned that whether I am managing stressful airspace operations or coaching a basketball team, the most important work happens at the human level. Systems and plans are necessary, but they only work when the people behind them are empowered, guided, and connected to a clear purpose.Over the years, I’ve specialized in the \"mechanics\" of complex organizations, turning strategic objectives and guidance into actionable results. My time as an instructor and evaluator was a lightbulb moment that taught me that leadership isn\'t just about oversight; it’s about creating an environment where individuals can find a sense of purpose and master their craft.What I bring to the table- Operational: Deep experience from tactical to strategic leadership, project management, and large-scale change management- Mentorship: A passion for developing young leaders, focusing on the intersection of relationship building and leadership development- Discovery: I approach every challenge as an opportunity to help others or further organizational goals. My pet peeve is when the accepted answer is, “I don’t know”! My approach is, “I don’t know, but let’s find out”. I\'m currently focusing my energy on transitioning to the civilian defense industry and the skills necessary to make myself marketable.    Oct 2025 — Present · Colorado Springs, CO, US

   Serves as the primary integrator and administrative lead for the \"heartbeat\" of NORAD and USNORTHCOM’s J33/35 Integrated Ops. Tasked with synchronizing the bridge between immediate crisis response and near-term planning. Manages the division’s internal battle rhythm, personnel actions, and high-level workflow to ensure the staff remains agile and responsive. Oversees everything from the task management of staff packages to the transition of operations from planning to execution. Ensures the division is manned, trained, and organized to defend North America 24/7.
