I have the unique and wonderful work of engaging with and building Academic Partnerships between organizations, philanthropic groups, higher education institutions, and any other interested parties working to benefit Secondary and Primary Schools with their student’s achievement strategies leveraging Dreamscape Learn\'s unique approach.My team and I help K12 school leadership to creatively provide teachers our easy to implement instructional experiences that include the most advanced and innovative approaches from Dreamscape Learn. These experiences provide both meaningful and relevant instruction to students, that increase their interest into the subject matter through a blend and practicality of experiential learning, cutting edge immersive technologies and the power of cinematic storytelling that often include emotional, empathetic, and joyful connections to their work.The outcomes of this approach have led to memorable lessons that tap into student\'s intrinsic motivation promoting true engagement, and a desire to continue staying engaged. This has been proven to improvd grades and close achievment gaps across the board from students with all types of backgrounds and has made an impact decreasing absenteeism-I have over two decades of experience focused on introducing and implementing emerging and proven Instructional Technologies designed for K12 classroom environments that have been implemented in 10s of of classrooms in 100\'s of school systems both public and private with the goal of making positive strides in student achievement and teachers work lifestyles.
