These specialists provide technical advice and program evaluation for disaster operations. With over thirteen years of experience in various roles at FEMA, I have developed core competencies in Individual Assistance, Public Assistance, Environmental Planning & Historic Preservation, Process Improvement, and Recovery Audits.I recently graduated with a Master of Arts in Strategic Studies from the Naval Postgraduate School, where I honed my skills in leadership, analysis, and communication. I also hold a Master of Science in International Development Management and a Graduate Certificate in Transformational Leadership in Disruptive Times. My mission is to contribute to the resilience and sustainability of communities affected by natural and human-made disasters. Additionally, I am the founder and principal of Capitol Career Consulting, a company that offers affordable career consulting services in the Washington, DC metro area.
