I\'m their first point of escalation and, as a servant leader, I focus on clearing roadblocks, protecting their time, and giving them the backing they need to execute with confidence. My focus is on embedding it into operations to enhance clarity, efficiency, and decision-making—not replace human judgment. I actively advocate for its responsible, practical use in both business and everyday life. I was too young to fully seize the rise of the internet, but I’m all-in on this revolution.
