In less than one year, we went from one production release every month to 10x deployments every single day.At Quantum, I changed us from having zero peer review controls in place to a change management process that enhanced visibility and reduced friction while also speeding up the development flow.At Quantum, I build out our Cloud Infrastructure to have the required controls in place to make Quantum a SOC2 Compliant company that uses Containerization (Docker) and Container Orchestration systems (Kubernetes) with Change Management Approvals (Github Actions).
