I’m a nonprofit operations and programming leader with more than 17 years of experience across human services, from direct case management to executive leadership. Currently, I serve as Chief of Operations & Programming at OneHeart, where I lead the systems, teams, and programs that support housing stability, recovery, and workforce readiness for families and individuals. My work focuses on translating mission into execution—strengthening programs, aligning operations, and ensuring services are delivered with consistency, accountability, and long‑term impact.Throughout my career, I’ve worked in rapidly growing and changing nonprofit environments, building operational foundations, supervising multidisciplinary teams, strengthening partner collaboration, and supporting sustainable program growth. I bring a practical, adaptable leadership style grounded in relationships, clarity, and continuous improvement.Beyond my professional role, I regularly volunteer with child abuse prevention organizations and share my lived experience in the foster care system to educate community and business audiences. I speak on topics including foster care, ICWA, attachment disorders, and trauma, with a focus on helping others better understand the realities children face—and how informed, compassionate systems can help break cycles of abuse.
