ABOUT CHAD RAMEY

I\'ve spent 10+ years building and automating the systems that keep enterprises running: Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, and the SaaS ecosystems that sit on top of them. At Uber, I was the IT Engineeringtechnical lead for 10+ mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. At Peloton, I\'ve been the go-to engineer for collaboration infrastructure and platform migrations. The numbers that define my work:~$800K in annual SaaS spend avoided at Uber through data-driven license rightsizing $17K/month eliminated in Microsoft licensing at Peloton 2,440+ Google Workspace licenses recovered in Phase 1 of a GW reclamation program 336,109 files + 171,152 emails migrated from 1,100 accounts in 144 straight hours for the ATG/Aurora deal employees onboarded through acquisitions over an 8-month period at Peloton 100% completion on three enterprise platform migrations (LastPass → 1Password, Lucidchart → Miro, Monday.com + Smartsheet → Asana)What I actually do well:I\'m an automation-first engineer. When I see a manual process, I build a script. When a team is drowning in escalations, I build runbooks and train them out of it. I\'ve written production PowerShell, Python,Google Apps Script, and GAM automation that runs daily across enterprise environments.I\'ve also managed identity at scale: Okta, OneLogin, SailPoint IIQ, Azure AD, SCIM integrations; and I\'ve done it through some of the messiest M&A situations imaginable, where the playbook doesn\'t exist yet and you\'re making decisions in real time. What I\'m looking for:Sr. Systems Engineer or Sr. Collaboration Engineer roles where the work is technically demanding, the team values automation and documentation, and there\'s real complexity to solve; not just ticket-taking. I want to be the engineer the team calls when something\'s hard.Let\'s connect: m•••@thechadramey.com | github.com/chad-ramey
