I have spent many years working to achieve more out of my career and along the way I haven\'t taken the appropriate time to reflect on the success or failures, I haven\'t reflected on the impact to my family, friends or coworkers. I have taken the opportunity over the last 3 years to improve my reflection time driving change in myself becoming a better husband, father, friend, leader and well rounded human.I focused on building others while growing as a leader in the greatest firm on the planet.
