As a Senior Director in the Disputes and Investigations Practice, I lead the Forensic Technology Services Infrastructure and Operations Support Team in EMEA. Part of a global team of engineers, my remit involves steering the strategic oversight of our forensic data centres and labs in London, Munich, Frankfurt, Zurich, Madrid, and Dubai, focusing on enhancing technology infrastructure, systems architecture, and security while maintaining smooth IT operations across all our locations. This includes facilitating complex, secure access solutions for cross-border projects with stringent data transfer protocols, leveraging cutting-edge technology and the expertise of a brilliant team of engineers. Together, we ensure the highest standards in system performance, security, data preservation, disaster recovery, and service desk operations for the Relativity Hosted Review Platform.
