Retired US Air Force General Officer and executive with over 30 years’ experience as a leader in high-level leadership and management roles. Educated and practiced strategist and strategic planner, board member, award-winning author and publisher, active hands-on mentor, critical thinker & problem solver, and public speaker who has worked with, and led, large organizations comprised of diverse backgrounds, professions and countries, both in the US and abroad. Solves challenges through a quantifiable, collaborative and transparent team-building approach. Has extensive and broad experience in leading through major organizational crises, writing, leading and strategy-making at the highest military and organizational levels, and with specific expertise of depth focused on geo-economics, Iran, China, Jordan and Israel. Steeped in worldwide military and defense-concentrated operational and strategic logistics with emphasis on distribution, supply, maintenance, engineering and operational contract support, as well as directing the entire US Central Command’s logistics’ effort at the height of the ISIS caliphate in 2015. Was the senior US military officer in Canada for 2 years leading the day-to-day operations and intelligence efforts of the Royal Canadian Air Force-domestically and worldwide. Transitioned from the military as the president equivalent of the National War College at National Defense University, leading a diverse military and government agency faculty which in 10 months conveys an accredited Master’s degree in National Security Strategy to 200+ senior US, foreign military, and government agency students while teaching and developing constantly updated curricula.
