I guess my \"about\" hasn\'t fundamentally changed, even though I\'m slanging cigars and booze now. 🤷My goal is to simply do everything I can to make sure my customers are taken care of. That\'s as generic a statement as one can come up with, so what do I actually mean- I know my customers pay for the food that feeds my family, the roof over our heads, the clothes we wear, etc. I show my appreciation by how hard I work for them- Developing and keeping strong relationships with my customers is of utmost importance. I don\'t just focus on \"the close\" or treat my customers as a number. I genuinely care for them as people and want to make their experience at The Chief as pleasant as possible- I do my job with integrity and honesty. The foundation of any relationship is trust, and I would rather lose a customer by being honest than by doing something duplicitous.
