Remotely based in Houston, TX- Reports directly to the Director of Operations in Atlanta, GA-Corporate Office - Portfolio of 250+ hotels in the West Region – AL, LA and TX - Develop and facilitate sessions to assist hotel owners and leadership with improvement in the areas of recruiting, hiring and retention, problem resolution, and the overall guest experience - Drive hotel performance in operations and monitored year to date Medallia scores of franchise properties - Develop and implement hotel action plans specifying key next steps to stabilize operations and guest experience - Monitor hotel progress and provide follow-up to assist with effective implementation and consistency of action items.
