I have 20 plus years experience in sales and about 10 years experience in sales management and management. I have always been blessed to be in the top 10% of any company that I have worked for. I love the challenge of the sale. However, my love and desire is building, managing and establishing sales teams, goals, strategies and developing training courses for companies. I have developed 3 sales training programs and am getting ready to start speaking publicly and marketing my selling systems. I keep an emphasis on being positive in all things and believe that this is important in everything we do not just sales. The last two companies both experienced over 75% sales growth and profit within 8 months. Understanding leadership is important but also understanding as a leader you will never fully arrive but always be learning. My greatest asset is always being teachable and understanding that a true leader, leads by serving others
