Such a challenging position. We provide cargivers to seniors, disabled adults and special needs children. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and outlook for our clients and give them the dignity and respect they deserve. To do so, we must send GREAT caregivers to our clients. We perform indepth screening of our caregivers to find the most compassionate, dependable, and caring persons possible. We match our clients with caregivers based on experience and personality characteristics. After assigning a caregiver, we follow up with consistent field supervision-which includes unscheduled visits to the home and frequent family calls. A challenging task-but one that is very rewarding. When you match a client with a GREAT caregiver, there is nothing like it. The client is so happy and the caregiver finds such a rewarding job. This makes my job so enjoyable.

Chad Jolley, owner of SYNERGY HomeCare of North Houston, has worked in the healthcare field since 2004. Beginning his work overseeing the care of his father who became critically ill following a stroke in 2004, he has continued to develop his expertise by aiding seniors, adult disabled and veterans in their search for compassionate and dependable care. Having grown SYNERGY from a small start up to a mid-size company, Mr. Jolley has developed a program that truly impacts seniors and the disabled in a positive each day. Mr. Jolley is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of SYNERGY and continues to work to refine his abilities to help seniors and the disabled find truly exceptional care.
