Chad Jolley, owner of SYNERGY HomeCare of North Houston, has worked in the healthcare field since 2004. Beginning his work overseeing the care of his father who became critically ill following a stroke in 2004, he has continued to develop his expertise by aiding seniors, adult disabled and veterans in their search for compassionate and dependable care. Such a challenging position. We provide cargivers to seniors, disabled adults and special needs children. Our mission is to improve the quality of life and outlook for our clients and give them the dignity and respect they deserve. To do so, we must send GREAT caregivers to our clients. We perform indepth screening of our caregivers to find the most compassionate, dependable, and caring persons possible. We match our clients with caregivers based on experience and personality characteristics. After assigning a caregiver, we follow up with consistent field supervision-which includes unscheduled visits to the home and frequent family calls. A challenging task-but one that is very rewarding. When you match a client with a GREAT caregiver, there is nothing like it. The client is so happy and the caregiver finds such a rewarding job. This makes my job so enjoyable.
