Is your organization in need of an experienced, multi-unit, servant leader with operational focus? I have had the pleasure of leading a diverse workforce, in the multi-unit capacity, for well over a decade. I have helped dozens of direct reports and indirect reports reach professional and personal milestones. I was honored to be selected to the Rent-A-Center Advisory Committee to discuss, plan, and implement programs that would enhance the company’s future. As a RAC Advisory Committee member I played an intricate part in redeveloping the company’s Daily Activity Planner; the most significant time management tool the company utilizes. Does your organization need an engaged workforce with a focus on training and developing? I have a proven, company leading, on-time training track record that involves consistent follow up and time management. I truly believe that no one cares how much you know till they know how much you care. I have communicated and followed up on countless Individual Development Plans and SMART goals aimed at reaching others’ professional excellence while always including personal growth. I believe in building a bench, even when not readily needed, and promoting career advancement to all. My leadership training began in the United States Marine Corp where I was intensely trained: becoming a Just-person – I give consideration to each side; Judgment – I can assess situations quickly and without significant time to reflect; Dependable – I do what I say and do it when I say I’ll do it; Initiative – I think outside of the box and consider new solutions to existing problems; Decisive – I make sound and timely decisions; Tactful – I communicate in a language that best allows a listener to understand the message or meaning; Integrity – I do what’s right even when no one is looking; Enduring – I default to responsibility if something must be done, then it must get done; Bearing – I conduct myself properly; Unselfish – I look out for the welfare of the team; Courageous – I believe in myself and priorities beyond personal comfort; Knowledgeable – I seek beyond the facts of the job; Loyal – I support other’s needs; Enthusiasm – when the requirements are difficult I set aside negative aspects and focus on what I can positively contribute.I enjoy traveling both domestic and abroad; had the opportunity to visit over 20 countries experiencing the cultures and the communities of the world. When I\'m not in the professional trenches I adore time with my family and my cat, Kunoichi.I hope I can be of service to you and to your organization.
