As a Project Manager Professional and a Change Manger we take challenging situations and turn them into winning, profitable successes through collaborative efforts. “Change requires identifying the need for change, activating collaborative thinking, put those thoughts into actions, actions create new habits, new habits create end results” -Chad Goldenberg Critical thinking and leadership builds the teams required to change unprofitable operations into cohesive units that produce outstanding returns driven by collaborative efforts, efficient behaviors, stakeholder satisfaction, and return on investment. We achieve this in an agile environment by identifying road blocks, implement corrective actions, and the change in habits. When required smoothing resources, reallocating assets, brainstorming, risk mitigation, and team collaboration has assured the successful completion of projects. Our team takes pride in accomplishing goals that many think are unattainable. In 2022 and 2023 the team I belong to set production records that far exceeded expectations.
