I am an engineering and analytics leader with a foundation in mathematics, statistics, and systems engineering. Over my career I have applied these disciplines to build data platforms, integrate AI into business workflows, design secure cloud architectures, develop analytical products, and lead teams delivering solutions in complex, high-stakes environments across both government and commercial domains.My experience spans data science, machine learning, and large-scale analytics, as well as solutions architecture and the deployment of systems in cloud, hybrid, and air-gapped environments. I have led and mentored cross-functional technical teams, built new capabilities and practices from the ground up, and contributed to product development by translating real user workflows and mission needs into technical requirements. Much of my work has focused on creating reliable, repeatable systems that convert messy, multidimensional data into clear outcomes for investigators, operators, and decision-makers.My technical background includes advanced graduate training in data science, systems engineering, and operations research; deep experience with statistical modeling and algorithmic methods; and proficiency in R, Python, SQL, and VBA. I hold a Microsoft Certified Excel Expert credential and earned both an MBA and a Master of Engineering in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.

   Architecting, implementing, and sustaining secure, mission-critical deployments of Chainalysis SaaS and data products for the U.S. Government’s most sensitive and technically demanding environments.• Lead solution architecture for high-sensitivity government customers, designing deployment patterns that meet strict security, compliance, and mission-readiness requirements across IL5, air-gapped, and hybrid environments.• Translate agency-specific investigative, regulatory, and operational needs into tailored product implementations, ensuring Chainalysis tools integrate cleanly with classified networks, legacy systems, and custom workflows.• Oversee the full lifecycle of technical delivery — architecture design, configuration, deployment, data ingestion, approvals, and operational hardening — for agencies with unique security postures and high-stakes missions.• Partner directly with CTO-level and mission-owner stakeholders to align technical decisions with investigative imperatives, enabling faster insights and more scalable crypto-tracing operations.• Develop secure data-delivery patterns, API integration approaches, and ingestion pipelines that adapt Chainalysis data products to each customer’s environment while maintaining product integrity and chain-of-custody requirements.• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Product teams to resolve edge-case technical challenges and drive platform improvements informed by real-world constraints in government environments.• Serve as the technical authority for deployments requiring elevated scrutiny, complex accreditation, or highly tailored engineering support, ensuring reliability and mission alignment from day one.
