   Highlights- Led the company through the COVID-19 shutdown working closely with landlords to maintain positive relationships and financial stability of each location until they were able to reopen- Worked closely with a new ownership group to reorganize the company during the COVID-19 shutdown and ensure a positive future for the company coming out of the initial shutdown- Participated in the opening of Galley-Bakery Square, during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, from start to finish including lease negotiations, financial discussions and management, design/build process, and involved in all opening operations- Handle all aspects of financial management, working closely with third party accountants, including accounts payables, payroll, bank reconciliations, cash flow projections, and annual budgeting. I work directly with the ownership group to communicate performance in all areas of business and keep the investors updated on financial performance- Coach, mentored, and developed the District Manager to become the Director of Operations and oversee the activity of the three locations.
