Reporting to Nestlé VP, I\'m technically and managerially leading a Financial Decision Support team of Data Scientists, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Programmers that builds technical IT solutions for strategic data driven decisions and that is leading Nestlé’s Digital Transformation strategy. Those solutions include Enterprise Level Dashboards, Data Science Consulting Projects, AI/Machine Learning (ML)/Natural Language Processing (NLP) projects, specialized solutions from external vendors, and various forms of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives. My team is an \'IT innovation hub\' that supports about 300 people across several departments and has won several Nestlé excellence awards- Winner of Nestlé Finance Gala awards in 2020- Winner of Nestlé Finance Gala awards in 2021- Exceeded expectations in 2021- Exceeded expectations in 2022.
