About Chad Demchik

Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, I started being active in sports at a young age. I loved how it made me feel to work hard and accomplish my goals on and off the field. As I got older, I noticed that I had the ability not only to change my own life for the better through health and wellness, but others too! After high school, I received my degree in Kinesiology from Wayne State University and obtained numerous nationally accredited certifications. Always up for the next challenge, I entered the world of fitness competitions where I received my IFBB Pro card in 2013. Being a natural athlete, this was a great accomplishment. I wouldn’t stop there. I continued leaving a mark in the fitness realm through commercial print and training ventures. Over the years, I have been featured in national fitness magazines such as Flex, Men’s Health, Muscle and Fitness, and more, obtaining the coveted cover model spot with Muscle and Performance in 2015. ​ I have been training clients for over 18 years with more than hours of experience. My passion is to create a lasting impact in people\'s lives through health and wellness. Outside of health and wellness, you can find me spending time with wife Amanda and our three dogs: Kona, a 9 year old Newfoundland, Atlas, our 6 year old Labrador Retriever, and our 4 year old Golden Retriever, Milo. If you have a vision and you want to make it a reality, you need to have the faith and belief that it can be done. Put your thought into action and create momentum to have lasting change. I am just a guy that worked hard mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. ​ Work hard for something and don\'t give up; you will become what you focus on.
