ABOUT CHADD VANDERMADE
Chadd Vandermade is a graduate of the Honours Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Accounting programs at Queen\'s University. Having successfully completed his prescribed practical experience in 2013, he currently holds a CPA, CA designation.Upon graduation from Queen\'s, he joined PwC Ottawa\'s Audit and Assurance Group, focusing primarily on audits of private companies and not for profit organizations. Following a secondment to the Charlotte, North Carolina office\'s Financial Services Group from November 2011 to March 2012, Chadd transferred to the Risk Assurance Services (RAS) Group servicing clients in the Public Sector and was promoted to Manager in 2015. In June 2016, Chadd joined Harris, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc.(CSU.TO) as a Controller, was promoted to Director, Finance in 2020 and to VP, Finance in 2022. In this capacity, he currently leads the Healthcare Group\'s finance team.
