Most jobsite problems don’t start in the field—they start in the plan. I work at the intersection of field execution, equipment strategy, and operational leadership in the crane and heavy equipment industry. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve built my career from the ground up, starting in the field and progressing into executive leadership. That experience gives me a clear understanding of what drives performance on a jobsite. Today, I help lead operations for a top crane and hoist provider, working across field operations, project execution, and equipment strategy to keep jobs running efficiently. I’ve built and scaled operations, launched new divisions, and implemented systems that improve visibility, accountability, and performance—but the real value is how those systems translate to the jobsite. The biggest gains in project performance don’t come from working harder in the field, they come from making better decisions upfront.
