Responsible for supporting over 500 million monthly end-users by maintaining and advancing Spotify’s Encore design system.Implemented highly customizable component structures in Figma to support the ever evolving feature work of over 400 Spotify designers.Led a cross-functional effort to redesign Encore’s holistic design system documentation website that supports over internal visits annually. The effort included a complete restructuring of the site information architecture, asynchronous onboarding and sitewide visual enhancements utilizing Encore’s web components.Directed usability studies of the redesigned documentation site to validate our design and content decisions.Partnered with localization and accessibility teams to ensure Spotfiy experiences scaled as intended to markets worldwide.

I build design systems at scale that enable product organizations to launch beautiful and accessible products faster. Currently at Spotify I am collaboratively leading the Encore Design System for Web. Before Spotify, I was at GameStop and Chewy where I led their respective design systems and contributed directly to the end customer experience. I’m a design advocate, organization bar raiser and educator. I champion inclusive design and work hard to inspire organizations and students. I have a Masters of Fine Arts in Visual Communication Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
