Conceived by Jeff Cerciello, former Culinary Director for the Thomas Keller Group, Farmshop opened in 2010 in the Brentwood Country Mart. An instant hit, Farmshop has become both a destination for food enthusiasts and part of the local Brentwood community where guests have come to enjoy locally sourced, California-inspired fare served daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The much-lauded bakery invites guests to indulge in the city\'s best croissants, muffins, scones and cookies, while the large market boasts a carefully selected assortment of goods including craft chocolates, artisan & farmstead cheese, traditionally cured charcuterie, fresh meat, dairy, produce, pantry items galore, wine & beer. a reflection of our own larder dreams. The Artisan Market strives to honor and support passionate independent growers and food artisans from California and beyond who represent the forefront of local and regional sustainable, organic, and craft food movements. People and products with integrity and wholesome qualities. A second location in Marin County, minutes from San Francisco, opened in 2013 receiving 3 stars from SF Chronicle restaurant critic Michael Bauer. Enticed by the Japanese desire for a farm to table, California experience, Farmshop Tokyo opened in 2015. In 2016 Farmshop opened its state of the art bakery commissary in Culver City to not only provide the very best baked goods to the Brentwood market, but to service a growing number of wholesale accounts throughout the region. Other projects are in development for 2017.
