I\'ve been a VA Loan Originator in Texas since 2004 when I funded my first VA loan. Since then I opened the first Texas branch of Veterans United in early 2014 and another branch in Killeen, Texas in 2017. Both branches serve the entire state of Texas with VA, Texas Vet, FHA, and Conventional loans, although VA is over 90% of what we do and is our specific expertise. The challenge is getting VA offers accepted because so many people don\'t understand how VA loans work. To help alleviate that issue, I teach VA classes for Texas Real Estate Agents at the Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), and the Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAOR).
