As a Windchill PLM Business Analyst, my focus is on bridging the gap between business strategy and technology — ensuring that product data, processes, and people all align for maximum efficiency and compliance throughout the product lifecycle.In my role, I: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and IT teams to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories. Analyze and improve processes to streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and drive standardization across global product development. Support and optimize Windchill PLM, including system configuration, data migration, and integrations with enterprise systems like ERP and CAD tools. Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation to ensure every solution meets business objectives and quality standards. Champion change management through effective communication, training, and documentation — helping teams successfully adopt new PLM capabilities.
