We exist because hard problems demand people who refuse to quit, and I spend my time finding those people, getting obstacles out of their way, and holding the bar high.Before B/CORE, I helped scale Avantus Federal from a small operation into a national security platform through eight acquisitions, ultimately delivering a successful outcome for our partners and team. Before that, I led turnaround efforts at IBM\'s federal analytics portfolio and spent over a decade building intelligence programs at CACI across multiple theaters.I\'m drawn to the hard stuff. Integrating acquired companies into something cohesive. Turning around underperforming portfolios.
