Send Daily Event Reports to Club Staff Daily Help Creating Weekly BEO Packet and Distribution Creating a Menu Cards through Musthavemenus Website Assist with Member and Private Events Planning and Execution Assist with onsite day of Golf Outings Assist with creation of new procedures and policies Assist in collecting deposits for private event Assisting with Set-up and Moving of items onsite. Providing Captains with BEOs, Room Instructions, Timeline and Diagram Determine the number of waiters and servers required for an event. Maintain and Manage Club’s Signups for Member Events (Monitor Sign Ups, Special Requests, Correct Information is place on Foretees and Diagram needs. Consult with the head chef to discuss the timing of the meal courses being served. Oversee the seating of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and the quick clearing of tables. Answer customer questions and accommodate special requests when necessary. Coordinating with Head Chef for the smooth running of events Planning and checking venue setup.
