   Product Manager for the development of Helix, a centralized engineering data management tool that allows project teams to collect and leverage data across a multi-discipline project life cycle, keeping data synchronized between BIM authoring tools, specification data sheets and standard schedules. • Directed the development of custom Revit add-ins used by the Helix system to keep design data synchronized between AutoCAD PID, AZURE, Revit project files and Autodesk Construction Cloud. • Partnered with HDR’s Utility Management Group to establish data hierarchies and classification schemas integrated in the Helix system to allow asset data to be leveraged by client CMMS.• Worked with HDR’s business class directors to organize and classify high-level project data to be leveraged for historical project tracking, better cost estimating and project resource allocation.• Create standards for BIM data management including Revit families, templates, and specifications.• Organize and lead an effort to create a library of highly reusable, data rich, Revit content focused on water and wastewater process components with the goal of significantly reducing project labor cost. • Recognized as a subject matter expert within the organization in application of BIM and Autodesk design authoring tools.• Meet with clients to provide technical guidance for BIM implementation and software selection. • Responsible for the development of company BIM standards, organizational processes, procedures, and workflows as they pertain to design authoring tools, project collaboration, as well as mobile and cloud technologies, such as BIM360.• Provide mentoring, training, technical support and troubleshooting for design staff.• Continuously monitor industry trends and make recommendations to adopt new technologies that meet business objectives.
