I lead strategy and planning at Sagac Public Affairs, partnering with organizations to align research, analytics, and advocacy strategy around clear, measurable outcomes. For more than a decade, I have advised Fortune 500 companies, national trade associations and professional organizations on how to translate complex data and stakeholder insight into decisions that strengthen engagement, fundraising, and long-term organizational impact. My work is centered on helping leadership teams move from information to action. I design frameworks that connect research to strategy, ensure decisions are grounded in evidence, and turn complex challenges into clear priorities that teams can execute with confidence. This includes leading large-scale quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, shaping strategic planning processes, and guiding organizations through changing policy and communications environments.I believe effective strategy combines analytical rigor, practical execution, and a deep understanding of people and behavior. I’m passionate about building systems that help organizations anticipate change rather than react to it, and about developing teams that can think strategically while delivering results. My focus is on creating clarity, driving alignment, and helping organizations lead with intention in rapidly evolving landscapes.
