Responsible for shepherding human gene transfer clinical trials through the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) review process. Specific Duties:• Working with clients to collect information on the facilities, equipment, and practices utilized to store, prepare, administer, and dispose of biologics and other human gene transfer study agents.• Scheduling Institutional Biosafety Committee meetings to include monitoring and managing attendance.• Recording, transcribing and/or preparing Institutional Biosafety Committee minutes and investigator specific determination and administrative approval letters.• Entering, processing, and analyzing data collected from services provided by Clinical Biosafety Services.• Advising clients regarding compliance with the NIH Guidelines and related biosafety and clinical safety regulations, standards and best practices.• Educating clients and Institutional Biosafety Committee members regarding the roles and responsibilities under the NIH Guidelines• Maintaining Clinical Biosafety Services electronic records in accordance with federal and state law and as directed by Sabai Global policies and procedures.• Conducting and/or facilitating site inspections of client facilities, equipment, and practices.• Providing superior customer service and product quality.• Contributing to a positive culture by keeping the company’s Mission, Vision and Values at heart.
