Previously, I served as the Retail Operations Manager at Fossil Group\'s Global Headquarters. I collaborated globally with a wide range of personnel to develop winning business concepts, innovative ideas and cost saving solutions. I built and led cross-functional teams to achieve the long-term objectives of the organization. My experience includes extensive knowledge in process improvement, workforce management strategies and inventory management. I am an enthusiastic leader who possesses a strong track record for exceeding benchmarks for productivity.Being from Louisiana, I can\'t resist a good Cajun dish. Whether it be jambalaya, gumbo, or etouffee, it\'s in my diet at least twice a month. I am also part of a dachshund family. Mo-ped and Rogue are my 2 pups and my parents have Switch and Dude. It can certainly be quite the circus during Christmas time when 4 doxies are stampeding through the house.
