Work closely with senior team leaders and operations management to maximize the efficiency and speed at which loans move through production to ensure production goals and client expectations are met. Monitor pipelines of loans for 4 fulfillment and sales teams to ensure KPI’s are met or exceeded. Created special reporting to track loan files needing attention for various reasons. Had ownership and oversight around the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to mortgage pipeline operations. Also own multiple line of business controls. Coordinate and facilitate regular pipeline reviews with mortgage sales and operations teams; liaison between sales and operations to balance relationships and drive one team culture. I utilizes daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to effectively manage life cycle of loan; follows up on outliers and provides updates on status. I independently analyze reporting to identify the most efficient execution of or aid in solving issues that arise during the loan process. Made decisions regarding loan prioritization and routing to remediate and troubleshoot. Worked with Fulfillment Center Managers and other senior team leaders on a day-to-day basis, serving as a point of contact to facilitate the loan process and was actively involved in production forecasts and capacity models to manage pipeline.
