About Chad M. Schneider
I love solving the unsolvable and view unique problems as a personal challenge. I create scalable effective solutions by focusing on building great independent teams and creating agile adaptable plans.I\'m fortunate for the many leadership positions I’ve had in project/program management, supply chain mgmt, and operations in Biotech, Pharmaceutical, IT, Medical Device, Semiconductor, and Aerospace/Defense industries. Each opportunity revealed new things that I learned about myself:I am successful by creating value for stakeholders through finding the right solutions at the right time, quality, and cost- Early exposure at Lam Research to Customer - company - self has served me well in every position since- Constraints end up being stakeholders key touch points and I excel at managing them within scope- Balance is key. I believe in metrics and results through measuring performance augmented by judgment and experience.I can align, lead, and develop diverse teams- Surprises are good for birthday parties not for the team – I love the team interaction, constant interaction helping in alignment and focus- Text book examples are great yet real-life messy lessons learned have been better teachers. Who doesn’t have a good war story- I bridge many worlds and translate between Ops, Engineering, Production, etc.(i.e. I speak, pencil pusher, geek, engineer, etc. because I am all of those identities)I reflect, learn, and drive myself to do better the next time- I strive to constantly learn something new- Experience taught me to how to be the calm in the midst of chaos- Rinse and repeat. Perseverance helped me overcome many obstacles and become better.I enjoy meeting new people and finding new perspectives that challenge my established thought process. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you want to talk shop, different tech industries, or even debate if Rugby is better than Aussie Football (don’t know – never played either but willing to learn)Professional SkillsProject / Program Management | Strategic Planning & Execution | Supply chain/ Procurement/ Sourcing | Budgeting & Financial Analysis | Negotiate agreements | Process, Infrastructure, Systems | Lean Six Sigma | Forecasting | Risk ManagementAreas of KnowledgeProject, Program, Portfolio Management | Lean Supply chain | SaaS | Agile & SCRUM | GLP, GMP | ISO | Finance | Marketing | ERP (Oracle & SAP)| New Product Introduction | Product Lifecycle Management | Warehousing & Distribution | International Business Operations | Quality Management- TQM
