A Project Director with extensive experience in operations, maintenance and construction. Demonstrated excellence in full cycle project development, design and procurement management. The first 7-8 years of my career was mostly devoted to maintenance engineering as a resident facilities engineer at the Syncrude upgrader in Fort McMurray, where I developed SME level expertise in mechanical and piping engineering with a focus on fitness for service evaluations. The subsequent 2-3 years of my work with Syncrude, I was assigned a variety of front line leadership roles with turnarounds, and leadership of technical teams. This experience was the genesis for my passion towards strategic planning and team development. My experience with Vista projects has been a continual developmental progression from project engineer, thru to project management where I have had independent oversight of the development and execution of multi-million dollar scopes of work. After several years as a project manager, I was promoted to program manager, overseeing the execution of multiple projects. Demonstrated success as a program manager, with on time, on budget, high quality projects, developed by cohesive teams has lead me to my current role as the Director of Projects with Vista, overseeing the execution of all of our work scopes. I am an energetic innovator and organizational force multiplier.
