It has led me to the destination of the John Maxwell Team. Prior to joining the team, I spent 26 years in various leadership positions training and developing leaders for a Fortune 100 Company. I have integrated the John C. Maxwell’s leadership philosophies in our leadership programs providing them with a strong foundation. I have personally used these tools to enhance my own productivity, development and decision-making skills while creating a better balanced lifestyle in my home, community and career. In his book, The Success Journey, John C. Maxwell simply states, “Success is…knowing your purpose in life, growing to reach your maximum potential, and sowing seeds that benefit others.” Leadership is a journey.
