I use evidence-based methods to improve decision making, whether that is in employee screening and selection, medical device implementation, or process management. I built my expertise through the Cognitive Psychology PhD program at Michigan State University, learned leadership and management in the US Navy, and apply these skills to a diverse array of problems.
