   Work collaboratively with technical experts, project managers, and other members of core teams to create printed and electronic documentation for 3M healthcare software. Use specifications and product experts to learn about products and create users’ manuals, configuration requirements, online help, and other documents. Manage multiple projects through documentation process from planning to delivery of information before determined deadline. Also edit other writers’ work to find grammatical errors and organizational improvements. Act as team lead in providing customers with information on a 3M customer support web site using a knowledgebase. Lead team through process of creating product requirements, testing software, and finally deciding on a knowledgebase vendor. Have also created template formats for various document types including configuration requirements and electronically-distributed manuals. Currently leading team tasked to design the formatting for output from a single-sourcing tool that we are testing. Part of the team testing Author-IT single-sourcing software as a way to improve writer productivity and reduce duplicate work. Since the beginning of 2008, have served as the local 3M Club president. Have also served the vice president and event coordinator. The 3M Club committee plans and executes social, 3M-sponsered events that members can attend.
