Scrum Master and PMP certified IT Project Management professional, with over 20 years managing successful projects. Current Scrum Master for the highly productive Cloud Security and Secure Development Services Squads. Previously managed teams through seven different large-scale multi-million dollar logistics startups for companies which include Motorola, Nokia, and the United States Department of Defense, as well as a multitude of smaller projects. Provided personnel management for an IT development and support department, and helped orchestrate the extremely successful development and launch of a web-based customer data collection, CAD Drawing, and project estimating tool. Directed ongoing support services for seven different operational facilities, with over 1200 users. All of these projects, and the ongoing support, were of significant importance, high-visibility, and led to high customer satisfaction, and increased annual revenues. I also managed the multi year, very large Debit and Credit EMV chip conversion program for Fifth Third, as well as many other Credit Card, Debit Card, and Payments projects.
