Working with the VDU War Room bridge to troubleshoot any issues and validating tests run through the Verizon Wireless Ops Portal. Other duties involve troubleshooting at cell sites and fixing any issues found, delivering materials to tower crews at sites when needed, working in the warehouse on NSB cabinets.
