About Chad M. Belt

I joined Contract Lumber in spring of 1997 in Columbus, Ohio and soon after relocated to Cincinnati to pursue business partners in the construction supply industry. I have spearheaded efforts to supply and/or install over units of single family and multifamily projects in the Columbus, Northern Kentucky, Indiana and greater Cincinnati area. I have been an active, contributing member for the Cincinnati Home Builders Association\'s membership recruiting commitee since 2003 and hold a position on the Mt Adams Development and Design Committee since 2007. Contract Lumber\'s philosophy is simple; deliver a complete niche product that benefits our customers and end users. We have led the industry with installation services that have enabled us to capture market share in Columbus, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Charlotte and Atlanta. After the large market slow down we\'ve begun to accelerate sales after maintaining our customer base, growing our contact list and continuing our services with the same focus and attention to detail we\'ve had since opening in 1989.
