Mechanical engineer with a strong automotive background, my passion is to embrace a problem set, develop a strategy and execute it to a solution. In essence, that’s my definition of an engineer, a problem solver. For years, part of my culture was to ‘Design, build and sell the world’s best vehicles…’ Realizing this statement meant that I was to serve my company through various capabilities; design, development, validation, launch, assembly, and quality. I thrived in constantly learning new technologies in which to put out the best product that met some of the most stringent company and industry requirements.In the end, I’ve both participated within and have led cross-functional teams, worked hand-in-hand with suppliers and answered to upper management, all to better serve our customers. What I’ve learned is that it all comes down to relationships. People, working cohesively, leave their legacy in the product they have produced.
