Chad has over 20 years experience in leading a variety of business functions, primarily in the FMCG sector at board director level. He is passionate about improving the quality of care provision within the children\'s residential care sector and consequently registered and opened a home in the South West, caring for children in need of support and nurturing care, by a highly skilled, qualified and dedicated team of professionals.Passionate that sport should be available and accessible to everyone, he is a Trustee of Devon Cricket Foundation.
