Manage National Lease Contract Administration (LCA) program to audit $5.5 Billion worth of rental payments and process unique lease transactions worth $130 million annually on GSA’s leases nationwide. Serve as Project Manager for PBS’s Pandemic Response using knowledge of real estate policies to amend all leases to include COVID Safety language as a new requirement of lease contracts. As part of this effort, create and manage lease administration procedures for Lease Contracting Officers utilizing Google scripts, manage data dashboards, facilitate national meetings between multiple stakeholders, and develop Standard Operating Procedures. Directly manage team members to provide data analytics and Google scripting services to automate and manage the LCA program. Establish national lease processes and policies for the Lease Contract Administration Program by facilitating dialogue about best practices, using program analysis techniques to develop national metrics and templates, and drafting updates to GSA Lease contract language. Identify and implement innovative solutions and recommends improvements to GSA systems, such as the GSA Tax/Leasing Portal; improving processes and cost avoidance, reducing audit findings and increasing transparency to stakeholders. Liaise with Legal team to translate lease acquisition regulation and lease administration procedures and practices into actionable processes to ensure compliance between lease language and lease administration practices. Develop standard operating procedures at the national level for processing lease contract administration actions by gaining consensus from multiple stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Contracting Officers.
