About Chad Koenig
I started working in insurance in 2005 as I completed my AA degree. While working on the broker side of the business, I went from Data Entry to Account Manager and was phasing into an Account Manager role when massive layoffs swept the company in 2009. Since that time I have been at PHLY, and enjoying the carrier side. I worked my way up from an Account Manager to a Regional Account Manager in 2015. in that role I managed the local data entry team, New Business Account Executives, Renewal Account Executives and E&S Account Executives, helping my region exceed budget each year and finish in the top 3 nationwide in all metrics. In 2018 I made the move to our Northwest Region to take on new challenges and continue my growth and development. In 2020, I made the switch to the underwriting side of the business. Working in the Northwest, I underwrite a variety of products including Habitational, Agricultural, Human Services and a variety of other exposures.
