Chad Jajczyk was the General Manager and Executive Chef of Alloro Restaurant and The Bradley Restaurant. Both restaurants pride themselves in being local and celebrating the vast goods that South Carolina has to offer a chef; while promoting farmers and local artists in its venues. Prior to this position, Chad was Executive Chef of Restaurant Nora, the nation’s first certified organic restaurant, which means that at least 95% of all ingredients must be produced by certified organic farmers, growers, and suppliers. The menu changes daily, offering a la carte items and a four-course chef’s tasting menu. The wine list presents over 100 exceptional wines from small producers, many of them using organically grown grapes and sustainable practices.Newly created, and the newest venture for Chad Jajczyk is Wanderlust Bottle and Cannery. This small family run business focuses on small batch, high end, hand made canned and bottled sundries.He was the Chef of the award-winning Ella\'s American Bistro and Banquet Chef at Hershey Lodge. Chad was expertly trained in gastronomy at New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. Specializes in preparing profitable menus that attract and retain customers. Chad is a quality-focused and efficient Working Chef adept at preparing and plating food in high energy, fast-paced kitchens. Chef with 20 years of critically acclaimed work preparing delicious, contemporary dishes.
