Property Management has been my true passion for the past 10 years. My journey began in college in Indiana, where I wore a school mascot costume to promote a lease-up and generate community awareness. From there, I advanced to Leasing Professional, achieving an impressive 52% closing ratio, and later as an Assistant Property Manager, consistently maintaining 0% delinquency each month. I earned my first role as Property Manager in Colorado, overseeing three communities, before joining the Operations Support Services team at Greystar in San Francisco, where I developed action plans to improve struggling assets across the NorCal region. Most recently, I’ve managed a 550-unit luxury high-rise in San Diego to now a 241-unit luxury high-rise in the downtown market.Along the way, I’ve been honored with several recognitions, including nominations for Office Team Member of the Year with Cardinal Group Management and the 2022 Community Manager of the Year nomination via Greystar Excellence Awards, which recognized my outstanding leadership and operational performance.My proactive approach, eagerness to master every role, and commitment to building positive relationships have been central to my success, allowing me to continuously exceed expectations and make a meaningful impact on every community I’ve managed.
