About Chad Haneline
I’ve spent the last 15+ years in commercial real estate working across office, retail, and industrial properties, most recently leading a 20+ property portfolio at Buckingham. A lot of my focus has been on leasing, capital decisions, and overall asset performance. I’ve always approached it from an ownership mindset, not just getting deals done, but thinking through how each decision impacts the long-term value of the asset. That’s meant working closely with brokers, tenants, and internal teams to structure deals the right way and actually see them through. I tend to enjoy the \"messy middle\" of deals where things aren’t always straightforward and you have to work through competing priorities to land in the right place. Outside of work, I stay involved locally and currently serve on the board at Dye’s Walk Country Club as well as coaching youth sports.
