Chad is one of Blanchard\'s leading client partners helping global organizations bridge the gap in order help their people lead at a higher level. He is the coauthor of 21 Days to Becoming an Effective Situational Leader and The Situational Leadership® II Challenge. He also serves as Blanchard\'s video talent for numerous Blanchard client projects including the global Situational Leadership® II Experience, The SLII Experience™ Livecast, SLII Challenge. Chad also serves as the emcee/host for Blanchard at the annual American Training and Development International Conference and recently recently hosted the 2017 and 2019 Blanchard Client Summit. Chad also serves as the host and producer of the Blanchard Leaderchat Podcast. In his Director of Client Solutions role, Chad is the primary interface between our clients and the Blanchard delivery team, with overall responsibility for the success of the partnership. Chad leads high-performing teams for some of Blanchard’s strongest client partnerships. He is results-driven, collaborative, flexible, and innovative. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS INCLUDE:+ Received the company’s prestigious Founder’s Award highlighting his numerous contributions to Blanchard.
